Maintenance mode is now lifted!
"SIP-59: Zero Fee Floor Update" was executed successfully, updating following settings:
* Borrowing fee floor: from 2.5% to 5%
* Max borrowing fee: from 5% to 7.5%
* Redemption fee: from 2.5% to 1.9%
