The Bitocracy Guardian has paused the Sovryn staking contract due to a vulnerability that was reported through our bug bounty program and confirmed by Sovryn developers. Many thanks to the security researcher who reported this vulnerability!
The vulnerability allows an attacker to revert voting power from a delegate to the delegator. While this does not give any voting power to the attacker it could be an inconvenience for the victim of the attack.
We have already created a proof of concept fix and are in the process of testing it. We will publish a SIP for the fix once it has passed QA and is considered production-ready.
